Jared Kahn

Founder, Kahn Capital

Jared Kahn's career has spanned real estate investment, financial analysis, asset management, leasing, and public-sector project management. His experience across these disciplines informs Kahn Capital's investment and development perspective.

He began his career in financial analyst roles with Monument Realty and Tishman Speyer, developing a foundation in real estate finance and investment. He then served as a Project Manager with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development in Washington, DC, gaining experience within the public-sector environment and the processes that shape real estate and economic development initiatives.

In 2011, Jared joined Guardian Realty Investors, LLC as a Senior Associate. Over more than a decade with the firm, he took on progressively senior responsibilities, serving as Director of Asset Management and later Director of Asset Management & Leasing. His work there brought together asset-level oversight and leasing responsibilities across a real estate investment platform.

Jared earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the George Washington University School of Business.
